I'm talking about those 2 codes from INPA, you can't clear them, right?

Yes, and the reason is frm module bricked. But don't worry if everything related to lights works fine.

What is the proper way to get mirros to fold with fobb on a E90 sedan LCI? I tried one code and loaded the fsw man file with ncsexpert and then selected CAS and executed. I can get windows to roll up, and down, and moonroof too. Just cant get the mirrors to fold.

Fold/unfold mirrors with fob FRM (NFRM) ASP_KOMFORT_EINKLAPP (or SPIEGEL_KOMFORT_EINKLAPP)

is that because the 'counter' on my FRM1 for this particular error has been maxed out? is there any way to reset the counter? I've been able to find a little bit of information about it but not much....

All my lights work fine, its just annoying as hell because every time I start the car, it cycles through showing me both errors and beeps and all that nonsense, then they go away and I have just that little caution symbol on my dash. I know I can skip the cycling on start up by pushing my BC button but I would really love to eliminate the errors showing up at all..

Is my only solution to replace my FRM1 with a new FRM1 or do a FRM2 retro-fit??

Seems crazy to me that the only way to do it is replace the whole module..

Those two errors can be code out I think (I know that the little exclamation and chime everytime you start the car is annoying), I had a similar problem some time ago and I had to repace FRM, but maybe it is easier in your case. Tell me what codes shows your dash when you press and hold BC button?

Yea I mean I figure there HAS to be something I can do - any possibility of removing something from my VO helping?

The codes when I hold BC button are:
CC-ID 378 ... iDrive shows "Left daytime/running parking lamp!"

CC-ID 379 ... iDrive shows "Right daytime/running parking lamp!"

Thanks for your help with this!

Ok, please attach your FSW_PSW.trc - NFRM dump.
It should be doable to rid this off.

Not possible. It only works in Sport Auto (S1-S7).

It actually is possible.

If you have an automatic, the Alpina B3 flash will enable this feature.

Ok, so maybe change all these WARM and COLD checks to nicht_aktiv

I'm not sure why it still shows up, but try this and if this won't help then we will come back to default.

Hi,

I am almost done with the rear sunblind install on my 2009 (e92) 335ix. I believe next step is coding. I was wondering if someone did the coding before and can share the steps to code the rear sun blind.

Thank you

Out of interest have you tried making the following nicht_activ

KALTUEBERWACHUNG_BFD_L
aktiv
KALTUEBERWACHUNG_BFD_R
aktiv

WARMUEBERWACHUNG_BFD_L
aktiv
WARMUEBERWACHUNG_BFD_R
aktiv
I know this is for brakeforce but give it a try anyway
I have had a similar issue when coding another car a while ago
