What sucks is an 6AT is so much more efficient in straight line racing, no matter what happens I can't shift as fast as an auto. And on top of that an automatic holds boost the whole time, when I let off to shift I lose boost and it has to come back in again in the next gear. I COULD flat foot shift, but clutches tend to not like that, at all.

I still prefer 6MT, my next car will not be AT. But I am happy with what I have now.

Does anyone know if the stock 255's could stretch to fit a 18x10" rim for a few months?

i dont see why not. its gonna look like doo doo though... just my opinion. people put 225s and 215s on 9.5 wheels so why not a 255 on a 10

Well I know it wouldnt look good, I just still have the tire warranty. I would trade to 275's shortly after. I wish the E90 could fit 285's.

you would probably void the tire warranty if you put a 10" wheel on that tire. IF something were to happen, the first thing they are going to say is that that series tire is not the recommended width size for that rim and the tire was to small. B/c it was to small it couldn't perform the way it was meant to. So we are unable to uphold the warranty.
