Calendar: USA - Mid-Atlantic

I would like to start a caravan from Tysons 2 Galleria to Hunt Valley Cars and Coffee. Planning broke down with the CP Ikea group as they are now leaving Ikea at 7:30 AM. I would like to meet at Tysons in the front where the Cheesecake factory and Maggianos are at 6:50 AM and leave by 7:20 am sharp to meet the folks in Hunt Valley.

UPDATE::: We are going to meetup with the Hunt Valley Cars and Coffee group to roll up to Bimmerfest. They are leaving at 9 am sharp. We should leave Tysons by no later then 7:20 as it takes a good 1 hour and 15 minutes to and hour and a half to get to Hunt Valley.
RSVP'd Yes: 24 RSVP'd Maybe: 6
RSVP sign-ups for this event are now closed.

Final departure time from Tysons 2 will be 7:20 am sharp as driving to the Hunt Vally cars and coffee group will take a hot minute.

I thought it was 20/car, so even if you bring 3 people in the car, its still 20$.

EDIT- I was correct: http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=638615, See Post 3.

I'm not complaining, but I guess you're right. I haven't been to a big car show in a few years. Last I remember paying $10-15 though for Waterfest/H2Oi.

Pat, thank you for your work with the caravan. Its a straightforward 40-mile drive from Hunt Valley to Aberdeen and we'll be departing at 9:00 in preparation for the 10:00 start. If there are travel delays on the way to Hunt Valley, we will be OK with leaving 'slightly later'.

Caribou Coffee, Chick-fil-A and Panera are all open at 6:00 for your travel food needs. Caribou has a quality cold press coffee that is my standard in the morning.

Not for us. The Bimmer Alliance group is suppoed to be leaving CP Ikea at 7:30 AM and then meeting the group at White Marsh Ikea I think at 8:30 as they have to be to bimmerfest at 9am for reserved parking.
