New Lease Apr/08 328xi-Ontario Best Price?
okay..so so my wife wants a 2008 black 328xi auto with premium..she will be driving approx. 30k/year and our current lease is done on Apr.8/08
I know the lease rate is 4.9% and have been quoted 841.72 for 39 mths w/4607.09 down w/97500 km for lease.total cost of lease all at MRSP of $49150k with cost of admin 299.pdi1295.freight.700.gas tax 75..ac tax 1000.ppsa 52.76 I have never really negotiated a lease as last car was Leasebusters so my question is: How much can I expect to negotiate this down for and what freebies can I expect? Is it better to do the deal at month end to meet sales#'s? Best dealer/salesperson to deal with in Ontario? If anyone can educate me it would be much appreciated? |

I think that you should be able to reduce the selling price by at least $1,500. I'm assuming that the monthly payment you're quoting is including tax?
Either way it seems pretty expensive, particularly with a hefty downpayment, but I guess you are putting a lot of miles on the car so the residual must quite low.

hey! That's seems too high for me.
just for your reference, I'm paying $30 more per month for my 335 coupe. I had the same amount of down payment. When u negotiate, always talk down from retail price! also I'm sure u could get 5-6% off of the retail! trust me and don't settle for less! BEST of LUCK |

i am sure that you can drop it down, i have a similar package with the extra kms, and i'm paying approximately the same for a 335 coupe.
shop around...you never know what other prices other sales associates would or could give you. |

Some of the dealers out West still have several '07s with lease rates as low as 2.0%. Might be worth looking around for an '07 328xi. An interest rate 2.9% lower will mean much lower payments.

I am not sure if one can get 5-6% off retail in GTA. I believe typical discounts are around 4%. If there is such a dealer, please let me know as I would be of interest in dealing with them.
