My experience: Navit is legitimate strictly considering his obligation to ship the product he is selling in the condition he described. I've purchased 2 Canon XTi DSLRs from him. They were shipped promptly via Fedex 2nd Day Air. Filled warranty card, no problems with registration. Items were BNIB as described.

Also, the included receipt matched the name on the verified Paypal account; I hope the accusations by AR Design have merit.

The transaction was a positive experience.

+1 on what you've said.. I've had experience buying from NAVIT also, and the name/ address matched.
