09 Coupe, what's its value?

Greetings all,

Fairly new to these cars, but looking to get into one. Looking for some insight on what a reasonable price would be for the following:

- 09 335i Coupe
- White/Red
- 47k miles
- 6mt
- Sport package
- Aluminum trim
- 1 Owner, Clean CarFax
- Under the 4yr/50k warranty

I haven't had the chance to see the car in person yet, but the exterior is described to be in excellent condition, always garaged. Interior is a little easier to tell from pictures, and it looks to be in great shape.

I understand there are a lot of 'intangibles' that go into pricing and each person might value a car differently, but what's a realistic price/offer I should be expecting/making? Me personally, it's just about exactly what I'm looking for except that it doesn't have navigation.

Thanks

That is alot of miles for an 09, sometimes where you live gives a big factor into the price of cars. Since you live in the East i'm guessing around $23,000-26,000 for that car before taxes if there is taxes in your state.

My friend just bought a on 07 for 23.5k with the exact same options except he had cold weather package and logic 7. He was doing a lot of research and didnt find any 09s to be under 28k in the states near NC with mileage below 50k. This was only 3 weeks ago.

I purchased a 2009 335 xdrive coupe with 27,000 miles certified pre owned with comfort access, Navigation, cold weather package, sport package, blackline trim, and pretty much every other option except parking distance control. My total was $33,600 @2.9 apr for 60 months. Sticker new on the car was $58,000.

15k CPO

nav/Sirius
19" upgrade
bmw performance upgrade
extended maint
$35,000

Was the cheapest I found in Southeast Florida at a BMW dealer. Most were getting closer to 40 K without the extended maintenance or adding the performance upgrade. I think it's because manuals are not popular down here and it was sitting for a while

Wow, I guess I got a super deal: loaded 2011 335is, 15,800 miles, in May 2012, CPO, ER upgraded FMIC, DCT, for $42k...
I think it is still worth more than that today with 21k miles....

Most people with RWD sports cars don't drive them in winter? Since you don't know the difference between then and than or where and were I won't take your opinion too seriously.

I would expect a Military man to go through USAA and save 5k off of sticker and lower their APR not to mention the cheaper insurance.

Try getting that price at Southeast Florida dealer were everything cost more then Dallas or Houston.

Not to mention I'm from Michigan and Lived in Maine so anything were they get snow is gonna lower the prices into the mid to high 20s especially in the winter since most people don't drive rwd sports cars year round.
Interesting...I lived in Melbourne and Boca most of my life an found better deals in FL than in TX.
This was, however, a purchase from a Private Party, not a dealer.

Oh understand I've always had bad experiences with private parties or independent dealers that had CPO'd cars (their not required to bring the car up to CPO standards at time of purchase). So I pretty much just gave up all together in those areas but you can defiantly find great deals especially when its a low mileage 1 or 2 year old CPO not on a BMW lot.

I bought mine because I'm a high mileage driver take lots road trips and stuff only had car for 6 months and I've already put 15k on it currently at 31,900. I won't always put that many miles on per month but i love to have the option of being able to put 30k a year on it and the years and mileage will expire at same time.
