I like them a lot but I'm going with coils. These work perfect with H&R sports springs to give a lower stance in the front. I'll take some pics later today.

I can vouch for those on my 330i... drop is about .4" and they're very well made.. actually beefier than OEM. Makes them slightly harder to install though. Well worth it!
