650 Magnaflow muffler exhaust to 335i?

My brother is selling his 650 vert and stripped off all his mods to be somewhat stock. He said he'd give me his Magnaflow exhaust (muffler to quad exhaust). Would this 650 exhaust system work for my 335i? or are all exhausts car specific? I'm pretty sure the later, right?
