FS: AR Design 3" Catless Downpipes - Brand New

Guys,

I have a set of brand new, never installed AR Design 3" catless dp's for sale. "Bomb proof" gaskets included. These were purchased in April and are slightly different the ones pictured on AR website.

Check out the details here....

http://www.ardesign.info/store/ar-de...downpipes.html

I'm looking for $450 local pick-up (MD/DC/NOVA)

or

$700 installed at my garage in Howard County.

Pics taken today......

And you say this why? Because it doesn't say AR Design on the side? The owner - another forum member who is selling his 335 - says he purchased directly from AR. I don't have reason to doubt him. Why do you?

Perhaps they're an early version of the AR pipes? They're certainly not made the same way the current AR pipes are made. If you look at AR's pipes 1 has 6 sections before the reducer on the exhaust side and the other has 4 sections before the reducer. These pipes are 6 and 5. That said, they certainly look like quality pipes. Maybe Andrew can chime in and let you know for sure...

Apparently they are as they were purchased in April. Although the end result is most likely unchanged, IMO they are worth less than the current version.

In light of this, price has been adjusted. See OP.

Hmm so sexy, I just don't have the money to spend now.

Seeing as I'm moving to an emissions-free state, these will come in handy soon haha.

I hope you viewed my post as being useful as that's what I meant it to be. Sorry if it didn't come off that way. Regardless, whether they're an older version or a newer version they still look like they are very well made (they certainly do look like AR quality) and I'm sure they'll produce the same excellent results as high quality is practically AR's middle name. That's a great price - good luck with the sale.

No worries. Your post came off exactly as you intended. I appreciate that you brought it to my attention.

To restate, these are authentic AR Design downpipes. I have installed many sets of various brands for local members and these clearly stand out in terms of quality. I have no doubt that they will fit and perform as well as they look.

Thanks!

I'm running the ESS S/C kit (Vortech V3) making about 8.5 psi. This pass was on an OEM clutch which has been heroic but needs upgrading. Hoping to go quicker with a real one.
