Question regarding TPMS

for 07 335i cabrio, do they require TPMS to be installed with the wheels?

No, Canadian models use the ABS sensor to detect a flat tire.

I think the US models are the only ones that uses sensors in each wheel. The rest of the word uses the ABS sensor.

let put it this way....our 230s do came with TPMS but our Canadian cars don't have the set up to monitor the TPMS....not sure about 2009 model tho.

Tirerack will be happy to sell you wheels without the TPMS, with or witout tires. I'm runing non-RFT snows, no TPMS. It took aout 30 seconds to reset the system so the warning light doesn't come on.
