Yes, correct, those are from 911, leader in brakes (if you ask me). The current f30 had wind deflectors on the rear control arms now. BMW is little retarded, honestly, when comes to technology. Audi and MB, the other top teir German auto makers have been using these diflectors for a while now. I'm sure that I can rig something for you, for both front and rear (not that you need any for the front now) I'm good at hacking these cars Attached first 2 photos are from f30 second are from Audi TT

The F30 piece looks like it mostly for drag reduction, not for brake cooling. But the scopes on the other two pictures look useable. What cars are they from?

They are from Audi. I have seen the 911 ducts on VW/Audi's too. Only downside side is they are pricey about $200. But all ducts are expensive. Even simple brake cooling hose is. I was looking he other day for left side bumper duct for my e90 to guide air to second coolant radiator and OEM for Mtech bumper are $275.

Just get the cutout grill at the fender for that, which is cheap. The entire ducting is way too expensive and won't do a whole lot IMO.

Bending the plate wouldn't work since the rear calipers are mounted facing forward. You won't be scooping any extra air with the scoop facing backward.

Yeah, but stock rear rotors are barely $100 for a set... There are quite a few reports of catastrophic failures with these rotors floating (mounting pins failures, premature stress cracking on those open slots) around the Internet and it doesn't look like RB ever attempted to address the issues. That's why I am hesitant to drop money on these. All we need just some standard slotted rotors on a tried and true rotor hat designs...
How about on the front side of the plate?

Front side of the plate? The caliper is there. The plate is cut off.
