anyone have a diy?

yes i am going to just buy the led bulbs and switch them with the ambers
but i was trying to find a diy on how to remove the sidemarker so i can switch the bulbs.. does it require any tools or can i simply do it with my hands?

No tools needed, you should be able to pry them off with your hands. Push towards the rear of the car pulling out the front of it at the same time. If that makes sense.

With the sidemarker out you'll have to twist the unit to have it separated. It's locked in place with a a tab on the side. You can simply wedge it out with a flat head so that it'll release.
