Window Auto opening
When i put my window up on my rear driver side (auto) it closes and then rolls down half way.... but when i do it manually it does not have a problem.
Is there a way to reset it? I took it to bmw and they told me since i have tints they wont touch the window..... all i want to know whats wrong with it. paid dolhairs for a diag and they wont even check the window... Any help thc |

It's a safety feature! ;D
But seriously, my mom has a Nissan Murano with the same issue. The Nissan guys diagnosed it and told her it was a window motor malfunction, and had to replace it to have the issue go away. I'd imagine at a dealer that's a couple hundred? She just manually puts up her window now fwiw |

Try this: http://lmgtfy.com/?q=bmw+e90+power+window+reset
If that doesn't work, I'd pull the panel and check for kinks. http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum...-panel-removal If that doesn't work, replace the window regulator. |
