BMW Roadside assistance reimbursement, feedback?

I am currently in a road trip, and my water pump broke down yesterday. My car is hitting 93000KM currently. No surprise there. The fan is blowing at its max, overheating temperature light on the dashboard. Car turns into limp mode.
I have setup an appointment tomorrow to the nearest dealership. So I am stuck at this hotel for 2 days including today.
Tow truck is covered to the dealership obviously as well as my vacancy.
How fast did you get the cheque? any hassle when getting those reimbursement from BMW Canada?
I don't know if my meals are covered as well lol. I can't believe this happened while in road trip.

up to $800 for 5 days if the incident occurs when you are 80km away from home.
