Okay, ive tried searching the forum and got some good information but i have not yet received an answer to my question.

Right now ive got a xenon headlights with HID's. With this setup i am getting the infamous "Low beam error". Once i buy the "BMW INPA / Ediabas K+DCAN USB Interface" cable and install the software, will i be able to program my car into thinking its using xenon's? Also, will this get rid of the low beam error?

yes once you add $522 to Vo and do your coding it will work fine
