Help: Rheingold setup step by step

Hy all,
I bought a K+DCAN cable for my 2010' E90 LCI (330d).
I want to use Rheingold BMW software for diagnostics.
Could somebody help me how to install step by step this software to work properly?
(OS: Vista home 32bit)
