I see 250F when I drive enthusiastically. Its normal, and the intercooler gets heat soaked so I do lose some power. Just drive normal for a few minutes and let the intercooler dissipate some heat, and power is back.

Upgrade the intercooler to prevent this from happening.

I noticed my temps got a little higher after i installed the piggyback but nothing too dramatic, plus the seasons are changing too.

why do you pull over? why do you turn the car off? none of those things are helping cool the car....

Are you showing any CEL's? How can you tell you are losing power?

Your car should not overheat during street driving. Take it to the dealer. If you are overheating on the track/extreme street, pester your parts guy about the release of the BMW Performance tune that will have an additional radiator.

If your car is overheating the last thing you want to do is put aftermarket parts on it. First take it to the dealer and find out what the problem is.

What MY? Do you have ZSP? Depending on the year and package options, you may not have an oil cooler.

Edit: Nevermind. Seems like you're cross posting... http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=272308
