Coding won't register

I have a 2010 e90. This is a weird issue. I had my car coded to roll up the windows with the fob and gold mirrors with the fob. I don't have comfort access. The other day my car battery almost died and the car barely started. After that happened, my front windows wouldn't go up with the one touch feature. I know it has to be reset and initialized. I've done it before and it has worked. But this time it wouldn't. The rears worked fine but not the fronts. So I figured it was a coding issue. My mirrors still folded fine with the fob but the front windows wouldn't roll up or down with the fob. The tears and sunroof still did. So I decided the front windows to roll up and down with the fob and they ended up working fine. But now the mirrors won't fold with the fob. I tried to code the feature but it won't stick. It doesn't work and the feature says it's not active after I try to code it. I coded the other feature just fine but this one won't stick. Any ideas to what the hell I'm doing wrong or why it won't code?

I know your problem. It's the firmware in your module causes the issue. You should program it and all should be fine again. I had the same problem some time ago.
