Shiv purposefully tapered the boost to create a flat, consistent torque curve. It looks like HPF is just running straight boost which explains the higher numbers.

Yep, we ran 15psi tapering up to 18 to get the flat curve. Once HPF uses the Procedes electronic boost control (as opposed to an MBC) they will be able to map boost as they see fit.

Why isn't HPF running the Procede single turbo tune yet?

More testing before Vishnu is willing to send it off to out-of-house builds? Or because HPF isn't familiar with the software yet? Just curious as I don't see the reason not to use it.

They are running the PROcede... They started with Shiv's Base tune, and they are now tuning it... They are just still using manual boost control at this moment.

Oh okay. Thanks for the clarification. Still doesn't answer why they are still using a manual boost control though. I'm not trying to insinuate anything, but I (like many others) are really excited to see finalized results with a properly running and fully capable tune. Especially in relation to the 6AT and how it holds up.

We are holding off until a good tuning solution has been completed and tested. No point in making a kit if it's not going to perform. I give props to Vishnu and HPF for doing what they are doing.

Right now our focus is on the GTR and Subaru market, but once the tuning is figured out it's going to be hard to resist. These cars are amazing and I drive one daily to work.

Still hoping one of these guys put on a billet PT6766 and make some real power with slightly more lag.

This is what I'm waiting for, lag doesn't bother me. What I want is BIG POWER!

At the end of the day, when all of the bugs are sorted, does anyone know if this kit will end up fitting the 135? I imagine there to no be any issues but I also do not know the 135 engine bay near as well as the 335...

I'm certain there will be small variances, but nothing preventing it from being able to work.

I'm not going to thread jack here, HPF is doing a great job. Can't wait to see the final product.

The good thing about the PT6766 is it fits in the same area as a PT6265. The overall dims are the exact same. So it's an easy upgrade
