335 Name of damaged part here?

Hi guys, I believe I only need to order the damaged nuts on this strip. Can you tell me what this part is called. I believe the dealer told me the strip was fine.

Is this a repair I can do myself easily.

# 11, Remove the broken clips. Snap in new ones. Press the trim into the new clips.

Yes, you will have to pull off the trim first. You will also have to pry the broken clips out of the door before you are able to push the newly replaced clips in.

I would also buy enough new clips for the entire piece of trim and not just the broken ones. That way you can replace them all if any more break when you pull the trim off.

Sorry don't want to break the trim, just pry off slowly and it should come off, don't need any speak tools? The dealer had said the trim could snap if I try myself and wanted $50 for doing it?

I went to my dealer and tried to buy the parts. The parts guy grabbed a hand full of clips. Came out the parking lot and swapped them out for me. All free.

Just pull straight out. Wiggle side to side but do not put a lot of stress prying on the wood. The metal studs are long and come off with more of a gradual motion rather than an unsnap.

^^^ Good find!

OP - you'll need to take off the existing trim to remove all the clips and replace them with new clips. Then just pop it right in and call it a day
