FS: Complete Quaife LSD 3.46 Automatic Pumpkin (keep your stock diff!)
I'm parting out my '08 335i 6AT RWD. I'm selling my Dynavin N6 in the electronics section, and here I'm selling my Quaife LSD. It is a complete Automatic 3.46 10/07+ pumpkin with a Quaife A.T.B. Limited Slip Differential installed. I bought bought this from another forum member and had it on my car for about 10K miles (he had it for about 20K) and it was silent and performed with no issues. This was my winter car so the diff was gently used and I never got a chance to take it to the track . I changed the fluid on install (with Redline), the stuff the previous owner had in it came out nice and clean. Purchasing the entire pumpkin saves money and labor costs as setup of the diff is already done. Also allows for the LSD swap to be done with a simple pumpkin swap so downtime in minimized, making it easier for those who have only one car. Local pickup in NH/MA preferred due to size/weight (I think it weighs around 75 lbs) but will ship for the right deal. If you are local I might even be convinced to help you install it (I have a lift). Thanks for looking. Kevin Last edited by AlfaHoser; 04-23-2016 at 08:44 PM.. Reason: Forgot to add pictures |

I've seen mentions of the "small" and "large" diff, other that size (obviously) what is the difference? Model years? AT vs. MT?
Here's the original thread from which I bought the diff, there are some questions about MT's: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showth...ight=quake+lsd Kevin |

Quaif differential
I will buy this if you are willing to ship. If you could provide me package dimensions and weight I can send you a ups label to make shipping easier.

For those of you asking about shipping...the diff weighs just under 80 lbs so shipping in the couple cases I've quoted has been between $110-$128 (depending on distance). Thanks for looking. |

What is your build date? You can decode your VIN (last 7 numbers/letters) here: http://www.bimmer.work
That will show your build date. |
