No doubt amigo. Their primary market will always be the European one. We get the sloppy seconds.

Is there any welding at all involved with mounting the Wagner IC to our 335d vehicles?

Also, any removal of bumper or fan, etc needed in order to install?

If you can manage to weld metal to plastic, please enlighten the world lol. There are 2 screws involved and some PITA C clips (big ones) for the old IC. I would use the screws/rubber things that came with the IC. Figure out how the C clips reattached on to the old IC and reapply that to the new one. No fan shroud removal needed. It was still a bit of a pain getting the Wagner IC into the spot. There isn't much room for it.

Thanks Monk. Was telling a buddy of mine that it needed no welding or removing of bumper. He was adamant that the bumper needs to come off.

I am really stewing this over. Still waiting to find out about the DPF delete and tune first though. Cant wait to see your results. If you don't mind, can you snap a few pics during the install?

Sure, no problem at all. I still have 1.5 years on my warranty so I can't mess with DPF and tunes just yet. By then I'll have everything in place (LSD too) to take full advantage of the tune/DPF and other deletes.

I have the Wagner installed on my 335d too and love it....give a couple of hundred miles to fully adapt and in gear pull is better at low revs, midrange feels more urgent and it revs higher withot the power dropping off

Is it really a plug and play item?

Looking at the pictures it seems as if there is a soft sleeve which needs a clamp to attach it to the car on both the exhaust and intake side.

Also picked this up from neovb as he had sold his D and returned it to stock. Great guy and easy to deal with.

Not sure when I'll be putting it on. Pic is huge so will link to it:

Arent Euro spec cars rated for about 286hp vs ours 265? Don't know what is different between the 2 to make more power.
