Back in December I picked up a "new to me" 335xi with 50k on the odometer - http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1452482
Shortly thereafter I began a series of mods and maintenance that I just finished up this past weekend! First things first... I started with a deep cleaning of the car... not that exciting. Then I installed fresh & clear side markers, new windshield wipers, and all weather floor mats. This was followed by wrapping the interior trim in 3M 1080 matte carbon vinyl. Next was a trip to my mechanic, who completed somewhat of a laundry list: walnut blast intake manifold; engine filter; spark plugs; cabin filter; transmission fluid/filter; front and rear differential fluid/filters; transfer case fluid; Akebono brake rotors; Akebono brake pads; brake fluid; power steering fluid; engine coolant; oil/filter; battery; Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3+ tires (225/40/18 & 255/35/18); and alignment I waited a few weeks and then settled on a TCU flash... I went with the Alpina TCU flash and had the guys Top Gear Solutions help me out remotely. I love the way the car shifts now... truly awesome and highly recommended. Up next was the last step... for now... I had the guys at AWE Tuning install a complete suspension kit and a BMW M Performance exhaust. I ended up going with Koni Yellows, Eibach Pro Kit and an H&R rear sway bar. I am running E36 M3 and Z4 bump stops, and I went ahead and replaced all the hardware/mounts as well via a Cup Kit from ECS Tuning. I added Burger Tuning 10mm spacers in the front and 12mm in the rear. Last thing was an M Performance rear spoiler which I installed yesterday right after another good detail and coat of wax. The car looks, drives, handles & sounds great now. Enjoy the pictures!

Looks great. I also have an E90 335xi but with the 6mt and chestnut brown leather. It's SMB also. If you don't mind me asking, how much did the maintenance job run you?

Those would look amazing! With a fat tire and some coilovers!
