bad bad bad. First time around ordered a full body kit for my old car. Came in about 15 days. Decent fit not perfect, side skirts are short back bumper was eh explained later... Had an accident 2 months later, ordered a new front bumper, fog lights, and black grills. Yes its in stock. Bumper gets a delay in shipping for a week while I'm waiting for it to show up and car is at the shop. Comes in way late and guess what its wrong. I had the 04 PDC which is larger they sent me the small holes and holders for the large PDC. The holders I had in the rear bumper of my old kit and the holders fall out with the tiniest of bumps. So i call over we go back and forth for weeks, meanwhile they tell me to take it to a body shop have new holes drilled. Why should I pay for their mix up??? So more phone calls the pre lci one is coming in this week etc blah blah blah. Finally 6 weeks later (put my old stock bumper back on) I ordered a new one from Trinity had it in 4 days. I request my money back for the bumper the owner tells me NO you've had it for to long. I kept the emails if anyone wants to see what an asshole he really is. So contacted my credit card company filed a claim. They did not respond so I got my money back and a free bumper!!!!! hahaha

Just ordered full M Tech Kit...sent me the wrong kidney grilles and sent M3 REP front bumper instead of the MTECH that I ordered. It has been several days and I am still waiting on a decision to be made by them to make things right. It seemed like excellent customer service when I first ordered but is getting less and less impressive by the day. Depending on how they handle this issue will tell me everything I need to know about them...I will keep you posted on the situation

Yep I knew it!! Bad vendor! I just spent 750 for headlights with fx-r and I have parts missing and they sent me headlight for pre LCI.

some of their products are actually good, like angel eyes.... but their customer service sucks.
when I used to own an E46, I ordered a CSL bumper (fitment and the quality was horrible) and depo projector headlights which were pretty good.
and it took almost 30 days for more to get my parts...

Really? I'm ready to order the M3 front fender for non-M. Since I'm not that far from their warehouse, they agree with me to pick it up to save on shipping cost. If the fitment is bad, they cannot get away from me because I will return it myself. But the fitment in one member here is really good that made me decide to consider getting one.

Well really depends, honestly yes they are vender but they do not manufacture these parts. Either they need to stop selling that brand or contact company that makes them and have them send new one for their customer cause obviously they dont fit.

yep looks like they are going to do nothing to help with SENDING ME THE WRONG ******* FRONT BUMPER...pisses me off but what can I do from 2000 miles away...I guess I could file claim against them...can I do that if I paid with a debit card??

Kind of true!! I bought a pair of headlights from them back in February. They came in the mail a week later. Not bad on getting the headlights to me. Opened the box and saw that one of the headlights had fallen off inside the unit so it just rattles around inside. So i called them the day i got it saying that i recieved it broken they said to ship it back and they will fix it. That customer holds onto my headlight for a month demanding his headlights that the company was supposed to send him. So he holds mine ransom until he gets his. Finally he gets his correct headlights to him. For a week we had to call the owner of Umnitza, Matt to get the guy to ship me my headlight and he finally does.

Well today(after 4 months of waiting) my headlight that was originally broken is now back at my house to only find out when I open the box that they actually didn't fix the headlight at all and its still broken. So now I have insisted that i get refunded for the product.

Matt of UMNITZA is a jewel. A man of many stories. Stay away from this company. The headlights they produce are horrible.

You should see his shop, it look's like a place in a 3rd world country. The people working there are youngsters with no idea of what they are doing and with no tools.
