Yeah its not looking real to me. I have experience with Dynavin in my Audi and i know they are developing one for the E9X cars but they havent released pictures yet.

It looks very real to me -Rosen Nav for the E9x- however I bet that this will apply only to the Stereo system and not to the HiFi and much less to the Top HiFi systems.

No reason it couldn't work with HiFi. While I'm not a huge fan of running speaker-level inputs directly into HiFi systems, happens all the time in E46.
You sure it's a Rosen? http://rosenentertainment.com/NAV%20...%2001%2010.pdf |

I think this will reused the current climate control unit from the car. Quote:

I really, really hope this is real.
But I'm going to wait for a few other people to install it in their E9x before I go out and get one. If it also interefaces with the USB/iPod and displays Chinese characters in song titles I'll need a new set of underpants |

OEM USB/iPod interface looks to me like a very, very long shot for that price.

The Rosens are usually the more expensive.
There are a lot of Chinese suppliers making their own and importing them. They have all sorts of features (I'm sure some of them are even licensed!) Isn't there a 3 made in China? |

This would be the first mod I do to my car
I'm going to be traveling and having GPS would be amazing. I would pre-order one, but I wouldn't know how to to install it, so I guess I'll wait and see if someone else gets this done soon and puts up a DIY. |
