BMW PE tips changeable?
Hi,
I had an unfortunate accident last night which resulted to my PE tip bending, can these tips be swapped? or can i put some othere aftermarket tips in the PE? Thanks.. |

I think you might be in difficulty. As far as I can tell, the tips are welded on. Probably best to buy some oversized aftermarket tips and mount them over the existing PE ones. Best I can suggest...

Cut them off and weld on Cyba tips.

I just bought Cyba Carbon Tips to be welded onto my PE Exhaust.

Go to a custom exhaust shop and they can cut and weld new tips for you. Besides the finish on the PE tips is not the greatest so for a few hundred dollars you can get a much better looking set of tips.

any idea which size tips i need for the performance exhaust? this is the performance exhaust i got installed

I'm interested to see what you get. A lot of people change the tips on 320s and 335s but not many on other six cylinder cars.
I think the standard size is 3 inches, not sure about the pe though |
