Seal leaking on rear carrier... options

Since I haven't received many responses on the main board, figured I'd post this over here.

Looks like I've developed a leak on the right hand side output of the carrier.

1. Would you pull the carrier out of the car, tear it apart and replace output shaft seals?

or

2. Acquire a very low mileage carrier and just replace the whole thing?

Existing carrier has 190k+ on it and possibly have access to a rear carrier that has only 58k with a matching front carrier for ~$200.
