Purchased a Griffin Bluetrip, basically the same as that Belkin and the audio quality was absolute crap. Well, it was perfectly clear, but there was no bass what so ever and there weren't any highs or lows. Absolutely ruins the L7.

You may want to try the Blackberry music gateway. Works awesome with my L7, and the base is still there.

Does have a whine sometimes though...

Driving around all day with this over the blackberry system is this doesn't impact the speakers. Bass and such is still deep unlike some systems bust down on some set ups

Don't really use those vents when the ones on the dash work just fine

This is my in car tablet setup, a little cleaner and not in the way of anything. I use an aux wire tho, hidden and tucked away. If bluetooth kept good audio quality I would have gone that rout

The audio hasn't changed in my vehicle from what my cd or radio sounds like. If it did I would've pulled my video and made it into a pissed off consumer review LOL. But I did move the belkin unit into that storage unit under the gear shifter by dremeling out a small area in the back to clean it all up.

Yeah I hate wires especially in short trips around town or stopping and going at multiple locations I've been spoiled with my other cars
