They claim 60hp with tune only no mods

Are you dense? He is asking about gains from strictly the jb4. Referring to a map that is only supposed to be used with a catless downpipe (thus an additional power mod) is not relevant. If that is what you are using without said downpipe, then perhaps it would be a good idea to research the tunes before applying them. That being said, I don't know if you have a downpipe, and I genuinely don't care. What I am saying is that your argument is irrelevant.

So clearly Jb4 puts up good numbers for N55 (not like the N54 but whatever ) but I have heard people get crazy gains from Cobb. Is Cobb better for N55?

I have the Cobb V3 AP for my 2011 N55. It's a great unit, and offers many perks. The canned tunes have their differences and downfalls. Stage 1 sport, and aggressive are real solid. Not much gain on sport though. Stage 1 aggressive is a little better. You can feel some power gain, and there's no hiccups. Stage 2 aggressive honestly feels the same as Stage 1 aggressive, but things aren't quite as smooth at slower speeds.

Stage 1 aggressive + FMIC is where the power starts to come on real good, HOWEVER.......The throttle closures at RPM's higher than 4000 are downright terrible. My throttle will close down to 40% near the top of most gears, right before the 6AT shifts.

I will be having a dyno tune session in the near future, to give me a few tunes that are dialed in perfect, and to tune out any throttle closures.

I had a really nice gain with the jb4. I posted some dyno runs fairly recent on here. I think I got 50rwhp and over 100tq.

The closest to Gilroy is San Jose. There are several stations in the bay area--I go to Redwood city.
I guess I could just fill up those tanks and bring some home then pour in my car?
Whenever im in LA I fill up two 5 gallon cans.
