Great deal! I'm still very stunned that you can find deals like that at 2 dealerships in SoCal. The one from SD was ordered. What about the one in Valencia? Was it on the lot or ordered?

Two questions, what are MSD's? And if you put 0$ down, how are drive offs $5900? I'm putting 0$ down and my drive off is about $1600($47,000 X3).

Don't want to burst your bubble you got a great deal, but anyone that keeps pursuing a good deal will get that deal now in time. The rates have gotten much better since the release of the 3 series coupe, Its starting to take a turn. That means more people driving the 3 series, as if it wasn't bad enough in LA to begin with lol.

Hey guys.. Just got back from Nascar... no fun in the rain at all... Anyway,
something is going on, obviously BMW must not be doing well in this economy today.. Out of 4 dealerships I was working with, 3 were playing ball in terms of base rate money factor and $$500-$750 over invoice.
The dealership that got the deal basically offered $500 over invoice, base rate MF, and acq of $625. I said "done deal"!!!

MSDs are multiple security deposits. You can put down a total of 7, each which lower your money factor rate by .00007. In this case I maxed out the multiple security deposits lowering the base money factor from .00245 to .00196, thus lowering my payments. The reason the drive offs are high, security deposits are determined my your monthly payment rounded up. i.e. monthly payment = $615, One security deposit = $650. $650 x 7 (max MSDs)= $4550... Plus first payment , reg/title, etc. is how we got to the driveoffs. MSDs are fully refundable at end of lease term. Hope that answers your questions. Thanks to you guys!
