I have a 2010 328xi and want to do the sunglass holder mod. Unfortunately, my car only has the storage cubby and no ashtray so I don't have the trim piece.

I'd also love to know if you have tips on good used BMW parts places that I could check. Unfortunately you can't buy just the ashtray trim piece from BMW, you have to buy the whole center console piece as a set with the ashtray cover and it is over $300. Too expensive for me.
