dont waste ur money on the dinan s. performance exhaust isn't too bad either, but with how much that exhausts costs, i'd get either CP-E/AA/AE exhaust and hav it installed by longtran
hope that helps

BMW Performance exhaust in a second. I had an Eisenmann and replaced it with the BMW Perf. Best move ever.

I beleive Dinan is muffler only, no mid pipes. I have BMW Performane Exhaust and love it. The engine is even more reponsive, the tone is good with zero drone at cruise. It will sound rough for the first 1,000 miles as they burn in. They will smooth out very nicely.
I saw a Dinan installation and the mufflers are large and will extend below the diffuser. I did not like the look however, I am not sure the car I looked at had the stock difuser or not. You can't go worng with BMW's exhaust. Good luck

i'd go with OEM because its cheaper than dinan and its oem... you can probably get the intake + the exhaust + install for the price your gonna pay for the entire dinan S package... i think?

It doesn't not void warranty. It carries a 2yr unlimited mile warranty if purchased after the sale of your car, otherwise it is matched with the std warranty. Look in the Vendor forum, I started a groupbuy with Tischer BMW of Maryland for the price of $1004 shipped. Offer expires 2/1/09.

This cured me from pursuing the Dinan route:
http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=200133 If you do decide on these 3 Dinan parts, contact (pm) this member: scott@bmwhn He made me a fairly good deal but I'm not going for it.
