Hi Dan,

The G201 is not currently available in the UK, it's for the US market. *While a lot of the vinyl is made in Japan the Americans seem to have their own plant for some products. *I know the UK are looking to bring more of the range in but it's not likely to be soon.

We do have access to the USA though, you need to jump through a lot of hoops to do the import, but we can get it. *Thing is it'd need to be a big quantity to make it worth your while, the air freight, duties and handling fees all add up.

Let me know if you need further information or if you want us to see what is the closest UK product.

Thanks,

Chris
Wow that's nuts. Had no idea.

I really want to do something with mine, the aluminum is pretty beat up(lots of dings and scratches). Problem is I have black interior and I really have no idea what would look good on it. Something dark I'm thinking maybe.

Just about anything will look good with black. I'd do something with some contrast though.

Thank you.

I'm actually sort of bored with it and will probably be going carbon fiber.

I used the same anthracite wrap on mine and I have black interior. Here's a few quick phone snaps to give you an idea. I haven't done the center trim yet so that's still poplar wood.

Yes it does. Although, the wrap is quite glittery which I wasn't expecting. I'm still on the fence as to whether I'm going to change it for a different colour.

Unfortunately, in UK and we have a very limited choice of colours available compared to you guys in the USA, so it means importing it so costs me twice the price.

Pull the gear knob off by holding the button on the knob and pulling up hard (Put in neutral if you have an auto)
Open the centre arm rest
Pull the trim up from the arm rest end.
Un-clip the wire connector blocks. I think there were 4 to disconnect on my auto drive model.
The trim can now be removed.
The drive controller and gear gaiter can now be easily removed by screwing them. They are both held in by 4 screws each.

It's very simple

Ouch yeah that's a pain. I'm thinking of changing mine out as well actually. Likely carbon fiber.

Thanks man. Already got a new perforated M-Performance knob/ebrake and if I didn't just pick up some LCI tails, I probably would have picked up a new wheel.

So looking at the DIY etc, do you still need to buy the adhesive spray and such for the 3m 1080 scotchprint stuff?
