Oil advise please for N54

Don't want a debate on what oil to use or not to use.

I just want BMW Approved Oil.
when I got the car, I started using Castrol 0-30. Was getting an amazing deal on it. But good deals don't last.

Then I switched to Mobile1 0-40.
But as you may know, this now not BMW Approved.

So, other than dealer's oil.

What other cheaper alternative do you recommend.
And as cheap as Mobile1 0-40 at $25 for 5L jug.

Please if possible, complete names.....and pictures of product will be welcome.
Just looking for an alternative.

Just 1 thing.....I found my oil temp was running 20-30 degree cooler with Castrol 0-30 on really hot days.....I found that interesting.

Mobil 1 0w40 meets BMW long life 01. It's a great oil.

I'm running Castrol 0w40 at the moment which also meets BMW long life 01 spec

When you ask a question about oil a debate will absolutely happen.

You'll have guys recommending:
Castrol
Mobil 1
Liqui Moly
Fusch
Total
Amsoil
etc.

Bottom line is they all the same shit. Aaaand debate starts now.

The Australian formula seems to be approved but they recently changed the oil they sell in the US. The US version no longer has an LL01 approval.
