Angel Eyes

I drained my battery quite a bit yesterday doing a bit of coding.

I had the key in the ignition and on (car not started) but the angel eyes were on the whole time. No matter which way I turned the light switch they wouldn't turn off.

Is there a way to disable them in idrive so when the ignition is on but car not started they stay off?

Or can this only be done with Carly?

I think it's better to use battery charger when coding
