rev studder when coming to a stop?

So I have been noticing that whenever I come to a stop, my rpm would studder at a low rpm to a point where its about to conk out. The best explanation I can use is as if i am coming to a stop while still in 2nd gear or any gear. I have a 2006 325i manual and no i am not in gear when i come to a stop . its usually in neutral when almost at stop.

The funny thing is that it happens only in the morning on my way to work and onpy on the 1st stop. its as if the engine or transmission is not warm or something.

Anyone experience this studdering when coming to a stop?
Manual cars experience.

Thanks!

Best is to have the codes read. Maybe a faulty coil pack? Or some or other sensor...
