IN54ANE Customer Service

So I just got my DCI and datalogging cable installed this weekend. I ran some numbers today and sent them off to Terry to look them over. I expected a reply quickly- he is kinda known for his customer service. I didn't expect great feedback, tailored just for me in like 5 minutes!

Sometimes I think we (JB3 users) begin to get used to this level of service and forget how truly amazing it is!

Yea he is good with those emails. I don't now how he answers them so fast. Maybe he got an assistant?

he is super quick and tells you everything you need to know.

If you cloned Terry, and all they're doing is answering emails.. there's problems there.. they should be put to better use.

i dont know any other vendors that replies your email on weekend besides bms and coolingmist.

Yup I give T props, I would have pulled my hair out by now. Luckily T doesn't have much left haha. Naw but really bms does an amazing job, btw ar design is pretty good along with jlevisw
