E90 Snow Tire/Wheel Options

I know that spring is upon us (at least in the Northern Hemisphere), and I shouldn't be worrying about snow tires/wheels yet, but I'm just puttin' this out there. I have a set of 4-16" E46 Style 88 wheels that I would like to use as a snow tire & wheel combo on my E90 325i. Does anyone know whether these would work offset wise? What mods will I have to pursue with regards to the TPMS? Any info would be much appreciated.

the offset should be fine with your 325i (i have the same car!) as far as tpms goes, bmw (well atleast e90's) TPMS are integrated into their abs system (so my mechanic tells me). i just got summer rims, and used the valves that came with the rims, no sensors, and the tpms works fine. i guess its like ghetto tpms

Cool, Good to know. I hate the look of 16's on the car, but I don't want to thrash the 17's in the winter, plus with the short sidewall on the 17's, snow tires would be near useless anyway. Thanks for the info.
