How to remove the engine's software restrictions from (e90) 318i?

Does anyone here have any idea how to unlock the engine's software restriction for the (e90) 318i to meet same power as 320i? knowing that both models use the same basic engine

hamann chip works for the 320, but I dunno about the 318 (didn't even know they made one in the e90)

I never knew hamann made a 320i chip.... im sure it costs a fuckload of money though. im gonna check and see whats the good

They even make a 316i. I believe 122 hp 1.6L. Sells quite well in some countries.

It's not a restriction, Its 2 different kind of "mappings"

but you can try superchips.co.uk, they sell chips for the 318i, and the gain is 8 hp

Not only is it a different map on the 318/320 i believe its also a different cam profile?! So no muh point in just mapping it as you still wont have 320 power?!
