Got n55 with following mods and Procede v5

Downpipe, HPF FMIC, Remus Race Exhaust, BMS Intake

Was running the beta maps for a while and started getting a SES light on startup. It would go away and car pulled hard. Now I randomly get Limp Mode and sometimes it won't go away. I'm throwing the following codes.

Threw the first one by itself but later on was throwing the other four and not the first I believe.

30k Miles on the clock. This happens with 11-08 maps too which I am running now. I have had the car stall a few times randomly but not often. Sorta like the car was idling... turned Heat on and it just stalled. The only other incident was on a cold day afteer Huricane sandy with 87 and map 0. It stalled 3 times with limp mode but then started. Please call me at 516-881-6611 with any info.

Also note if I start the car and rev it to like 1.5-2k it doesn't go into limp mode. Still will randomly go to limp mode while casually cruising or stopped at a light.

10445: Throttle valve, adaptation: Marginal conditions not met; battery voltage too low. The diagnostic function monitors the throttle valve to determine whether it reaches the lower mechanical travel stop (UMA) during the initial adaptation. Dirt/contamination on travel stop ? Foreign matter/object(s) ? Defective throttle valve ? A. Check wiring harness DME - throttle valve (sum of throttle valve voltages must equal 5 V) B. Inspect to determine whether any objects are present in the intake manifold or within the throttle valve's travel range. C. Completely close the throttle valve by hand and measures the voltages on the two sensors (S1: 0.5 V +/- tolerance, S2: 4.5 V +/- tolerance). Replace throttle valve

11352: LIMP mode. Boost pressure control, deactivation: Boost-pressure build-up blocked. Caused by another code present.

11825: Cannot find it, are you sure of the code value ?

11617: VANOS, exhaust: Control fault, position not reached. The diagnostic function monitors the camshaft timing adjustment. Potential problem source(s): Contaminated oil passage at VANOS solenoid valve, Oil pressure too low, Defective wires or plug terminals on VANOS solenoid valve, VANOS solenoid valve seized.

11200: Mixture adaptation, lower engine speed range: Mixture at partial load too lean. MAF or Oxygen sensor defective. Defective injector. Intake-manifold pressure sensor defective, Intake-air temperature sensor defective, Camshaft position sensor defective, Defect in high-pressure fuel system, Defect in low-pressure fuel system, Intake system leaking, Oil cap not sealing, Leak in exhaust system.

First, use only 11-08 maps. Make sure you run them stock (not modified), at least for now.

Are those happening a long time after the Procede install or the Procede has just been installed ? Last two codes could be simply the Crankshaft position sensor that is not correctly connected. First one is quite strange, did you install a charge pipe ? Could be around that install, maybe remove it and check if the throttle is able to move freely... You car will certainly stall if that throttle valve is unable to move as the DME wants it to move... Should be easy to check.

If you cannot get the car to run properly, take the time to remove the Procede harness and then start from there... I say it again, use the 11-08 maps. I am running the equivalent (meth enabled) 11-10 maps since their release without a single issue.

I was running the maps with no issues for a long time. This is recent and I also think there is a weird like sort of ticking / rattling under like 1200rpm. If i raise the RPM it just disappears over like 1200. Its like a "ch ch ch ch ch". It speeds up as you rev but then after 1200 it just is gone.

Also, it was 11852 not 11825.

11852: Normal Golf tee mod, Exhaust gas flap, activation: Line disconnection The diagnostic function monitors the activation wire to the exhaust-gas flap.

The noise is probably normal, there must be 1000 thread about this and its most likely just the DI piezo injector noise. Open the hood and remove the motor plastic cover you will hear it a lot more.

Could be something else but this would be 100% mechanical and you might want to get your car checked by a mechanic...

If you are having new issues, then its unlikely its related with the physical Procede install (cables and plugs)... Is the Chargepipe install recent ? Because the first code is related to the throttle movement and the Procede doesnt have control of it, so you might want to have a look, see the code's description in my first post above.
