I'd stay away from absolutes. I don't think requesting to send as a gift is too much to ask. The majority of e90posters are ballers on a budget. What do you know...he complained and asked for partial refund saying the crack in the paint was worse than he thought. It was not worth arguing over since I already practically gave the lip away for free so I gave him what he wanted.
