+1. Good guys, good service. You will get a UPS bill after the fact though.

They do ship to Canada, you just have to put in a US address (you can just make it up) so the online order system can process your order.

They used to have a way where they cover your duties and taxes, but I guess they got burned a few times with crazy brokerage fees, so that is no longer available.

Shipping is done by UPS ground IIRC... they pack their parcels very well imo.

I placed an order recently (few days ago) and I was able to put my Canadian address in the system. They do use UPS (expensive brokerage compared to other shippers).

there is a one way u can save the brokerage fee
clear the custom urself....all u do is to go to ups shop and ask for the info paper to clear the custom and bring it to the custom centre and hand the paper work to them.....(remember u need to request ups to let u clear the custom urself while they r still shipping ur item to ur place)
now all u do is pay the tax of ur item. and u will pick up ur item at custom instead of they sent it to ur door

Ps: i save 57$ by doing this
i ordered the OEM alarm, it costs 230$ 6$ shipping 31$ tax to vancouver

That only works at the port of Entry.

For instance, in Calgary, all UPS ground shipments come through Winnepeg. I would have to drive there to self clear.

I ordered a couple of items from them and no complaints. The items arrived very quickly, but i had these shipped to an office in US that I travel to regularly.

Believe it or not, that's how much it costs to ship 2nd Day Air to Canada for a package of that size. We charged you exactly what UPS charged us, and not a penny more. There is no mark up on our shipping charges. So if you don't want to pay for 2nd Day Air, then wait for Ground shipping.

Haha, ground shipping might have been cheaper, but the brokerage fee would have made up for it.

Possibly, but that's what you have to consider when purchasing items from outside of the country.

Jason, left you a message a while ago re: the faulty blacklines. Thanks for sending the new ones. Please call me to set up the return of the faulty ones. I'm sure you'd like them back. Cheers. (PM me if necessary).

Big thanks to Evan @ Tischer for my Blacklines. The only drawback is the brokerage fees from UPS ($52). Could you guys use a different shiping company when you ship to Canada?
