You should never clay bar a clear bra - at least from what I have been told. Just user a microfiber towel and hot water to gently massage the clear bra until it is clean - then use some sort of plastic shine applicant, such as Plexus.

Attached are some pictures after I detailed my car 2 weeks ago.
I just washed and the used two coats of sealant (Klasse). Just using sealant will give you a very nice shine, which will be a 'hard as glass' look. However, I have Jet Black - which has no flakes in the paint. So I am not sure if a paint with metalic paint would look better with wax or sealant.
