E90 csl rep owners. I need help

I too have decided to go with the M3 fitments in the Matte Black CSL Rep's for my E90. Opted out on the spacers with the ET45's so will need to get my fenders rolled. However, I do not want to modify the camber whatsoever..

Is there still issues with rubbing after the fenders are rolled with stock sports suspension? Would be running General UHP 265/30 19x9.5 ET22's on the rears. Moreover, I want to do a small drop with the KW V2's coilovers.
