I put the DWS on my car the same day as the H&R Springs so I do not know the ride quality but my guess is that it would be to hard! My friend had H&R Springs and RFT's and it was terrible, wayy to harsh. The DWS is a great all around tire; made the steering a bit easier to move.
Thanks for the reply! How would you compare the stock car on rfts vs the h&r sports on the conti dws. I love the dws I had it on another car great tire - and I have the xi as well!

Kind of hard to tell because the 1.5" lowering of the spring does make the car "bounce" a bit more and it also makes the shock 1.5" higher then the spring giving it a stiffer response when you go over a bump. The stock shocks on lowering springs due encounter more stress since they are not level in height.

Just installed the Bilsteins in my car and WOW what a difference! The car drives so much smoother over the road compared to the stock shocks and H&R Sport Springs!!! There is no more bounce just good old smoothnesssss!

I have an E90 xi as well, drove last summer with H&R sport, didn't have any problems and felt alright. Handled the road a lot more but it was bouncier on highways !!

Now for the next summer, should i buy only Blisteins Shocks to go with my H&R or should i pay extra and go with KW Variant 1 ?

I drive alot.
