Good bank to Finance through ? TERMINATOR COBRA FTW

I think Im going to pull the trigger on a 2003 terminator cobra if i can go thru the right bank with the right term at the right rate.
Im looking for a 60 month term. And the only bank i can think of that will do it is Bank of America. Thing is the rate is a bit high . Can anyone suggest a good bank ?

you DONT have to be military to have an account with PenFed. All you have to do is join the National Military Family Association. All you do is pay a low, one time membership fee and then you can join PenFed. The details are on the "How to Join" part of the PenFed website. That's how i joined PenFed.

not true, I am a penfed member and I don't work for the govt.

You just need to join the national military family association, for like $20, and then you can join penfed.

Navy FCU probably has the best rates of all, but that one is a little tougher to get into. You either need to be active duty in the military, a retired officer, immediate relative of a retired officer or active duty, or work for an approved government contractor (there's a list).
