At 4.15 today Ali's eldest daughter gave birth to a healthy baby boy. I'm officially a YOUNG Rockin' Grandad!

It is damned frightening. Certainly don't feel like a grandparent and don't exactly fit the stereotype!
As far as age goes Roger I think I'm young at 45 but it's all relative. It's just numbers...mindset is what matters and I know people way younger than me who act so much older! TBH babies are a really new thing for me....not got kids of my own, but have 2 lovely step-daughters. Anyway, thanks for the congrats. Ali has been down in Shrewsbury with them and is due back at 11 ish with pics

Just been told.we are Shropshire bound to go see my little Grandson at midday. Face full of JD and just in from an awesome gig what we played...hmmm. Better sober up quick and act like a Grandpa!
