Snap in adapter snapped?

I had to remove my centre console the other day to replace the handbrake cable and noticed that some aftershave had leaked in the storage space under the centre armrest. As I cleaned up the small amount of liquid in there, the plastic snap in adaptor and some of the springs underneath fell apart.

I use the bluetooth to connect to my phone, so is it possible to remove the snap in parts and could I replace it with a blanking plate (if available)?
