I would consider having the transmission oil changed, along with the diff (BMW says 100K, but IMO better at 60K.) Also, check when brake fluid flushed (every two years - the computer calls it out) and consider having the coolant changed (nothing calls that out.)

just did my 60k service at 55k, I did all the work myself, saved a ton of cash by buying all parts online with free shipping due to the holiday weekend sales, just waiting for a few more filters and she will be all done...
