Just purchased extended warranty

I called around yesterday and today for the platinum 7/70 extended protection plan for my 2008 335xi. My factory warranty is up in 3 weeks.

BMW Sudbury quoted me 4100 and said that they can't move much from that. I believe that is MSRP. I called Wagner in Shrewsbury and he said "let me make this simple, 3400". I guess it was the last day of the month and he needed one more sale

He said that was 50 bucks over cost. I am not sure if that's true but I know that its pretty close. I looked around on the forum and this seems to be the lowest price that any of us have paid for the 335xi 7/70. Also note that the the xi has a costlier plan than the 335i.

Anyway, I want to share this with everyone in case anyone is interested in extending their warranty. Call BMW of Shrewsbury and ask for Dan!

Great deal! My car is sitting at 49.5k miles, but I'm going to take the risk for the next ~6 months without a warranty (playing the waiting game for an F30 M-sport). Hoping nothing breaks, only issue with it was a faulty tail light assembly replaced under warranty.
